Instruction on Use
1,Potassium Sorbate is a kind of acid preservative,effective under
acid condition. It works at PH value under 5-6.
2,Potassium Sorbate dissolves in 10-20% water solution. Normally
not heating is required.
3,Potassium Sorbate can be mixed with other solid,the solution
can be sprayed directly into food,can also be treated in the surface
evenly.It should be added in the late stage of heating if the food
needs heating.
4,When potassium sorbate is disolved,avoid copper or iron container.
5,Potassium Sorbate has sterilization function,not suitable for
food severely polluted by microbe.
6,Potassium Sorbate is apt to get oxidized and colored when exposed
in the air,it should be stored in sealed vessel,to avoid light and
moisture.

Potassium Sorbate is worldly accepted as safe,nonpoisonous,highly
effective preservative,can be widely used in foodstuff,pharmacy,rubber,paper-making,feed,cosmetics
and beverage.
